Ryo Kanda

Ryo was born and raised in Yokohama, Japan. Since his youth, he has been physically active and participated in several sports: baseball, soccer, tennis, karate, swimming, and skiing. At the age of 18, he moved to the US and started studying Kinesiology.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Ryo worked as a personal trainer in San Francisco, CA, USA, Toronto, Canada, and Tokyo, Japan.
Ryo not only helps clients achieve their fitness goals such as strength and muscle gains, and weight loss, but also is passionate about improving the posture that is collapsed by the daily life, and building the well-balanced body that human beings should have by regaining the muscle strength and flexibility. Also, Ryo believes that having the well-balanced body would prevent injuries and joint pains, and improve the quality of life.
